SHIPPING:
We offer FREE shipping in Canada on orders over $75.00. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders across Canada are shipped via INTRA-CANADA COURIER (CanPar, Purolator, FedEX or UPS). from our warehouse in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with tracking and "signature required". Orders placed on Weekends or Stat Holidays will be processed/shipped the following business day (unless otherwise stated).

While we pack your order as carefully as possible, once your shipment has left our offices we do not accept responsibility for products that freeze due to unforeseen changes in the weather during transit or if left on doorsteps. Courier companies do not insure or guarantee products against freezing while in transit. Please follow your tracking information provided carefully so you know when your parcel will arrive. If you cannot be home to receive your order, please provide an alternate address for shipping (work address, friend or relative).

RETURNS:

All our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you.

For health and safety reasons, we do not except returns on opened or used products.

All products in unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund of amount paid, if accompanied by a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number issued by the Customer Care Department at 1-855-485-9SPA (9772). All shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer. Customer Care’s hours of operation are M-F 9:00AM – 4:00PM MST. Shipping fees paid on initial purchase (if applicable) are not eligible for refunds.

DermaStart Canada does not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through DermaStart Canada directly. All requests for returns or exchanges for products purchased at an authorized DermaStart Canada skincare partner should be directed to location where purchased. DermaStart Canada licensed professional partners have their own individual return or exchange policies which are separate from ours. Additionally, if you purchase DermaStart Skincare products from unauthorized websites, retailers or other unauthorized sources, we will not honor returns, refunds or exchanges of any kind.
